Bayside Grille in Nokomis

This is a great place , where the owners and staff get to know you and greet you by name. They know your regular drinks and food orders (so its best not to change things up on them) We get the hot buffalo wings rolled in parmesan ( they know just how my boyfriend likes them).They serve Stella in a Stella glass which is a plus.This is a great local hangout. It would be nice to see them expand someday. It can be very busy at times and no tables but grab a beer and stay awhile.

Food and drinks were great! Jayne and Lee are awesome servers! We highly recommend!

This little restaurant is so unassuming. We were very impressed. We ordered so many things to try and all of it was delicious! We tried a bunch of flavors of the wings and they were great and we'll cooked- tender but crispy, not oversauced. The Ahi Tuna nachos were AMAZING. We got the platter of corn nuggets, onion rings and mac and cheese bites and they were delicious. The veggie hummus plate comes with a really tasty cheese dip. They have some craft beers available as well. Only negative was we sat outside and it's not in the most ideal location right off the main road so the traffic was kinda loud. But the food was so good they deserve the 5 stars still. Would recommend

Good things come in small packages ~ Bayside Grille is a true "locals" type of place. Friendly staff and patrons! Good, low-cost food and drinks. Taco Tuesday's, Karaoke Nights.. Fun!

Great little bar doing it's own thing. I love dive bars like this and it didn't fail to impress. -1 star for pretzel cheese - very gnarly - upset my stomach quite a lot. Hopefully they fix that.

A great neighborhood bar to spend time with a few friends.

We visited after hearing the food was great and reviews were good too, we were so disappointed. Taco shells were really good but filling was horrible. Appetizers were ok, son said wings were mediocre, the burger was the only thing that was good but ordered medium and arrived well done. We won't be going back.

I ordered the fried shrimp appetizer and fried gator bites. I would have given them more stars because the food was delicious, but 9.99 for 6 shrimp and 9.99 for maybe a couple of ounces of small gator bites is way overpriced. I wish I took a picture but I bought these for sharing and they were gone in a heartbeat. Not sure what is going on here.

The workers there would super friendly, had a great time. Delicious food and a way to past time , (bingo) would recommend.

Friend bought us a pitcher, and DJ made a rude remark that we were there for free? My wife confronted him and the bartender and staff went crazy. Thought this would be a place to make new friends and relax, couldn't be more mistaken! Buyer beware!

Cold beer! Great burger and awesome hand cut fries! Kitchen accommodated my requests due to diet restrictions. We will be back.

This spot simply knows how to treat their customers. Consistently with a super nice attitude. The food is affordably priced, always yummy and neat.

Bayside is a great place for folks who enjoy good ol' feel-good eats with the owner's special twists. The establishment is geared to sports, online trivia, and conversation. On Saturday's, Bayside features karaoke with quite talented participants. Live trivia competitions are also a weekly occurrence. Prize winning chilli can become a consistent menu item ordered and enjoyed during dinner or lunch visits. It's not a "chain" styled establishment so, occasionally minor modifications can be made. A very comfortable place to unwind and enjoy.

Love this bar. Live trivia is fun but please make sure patrons have one tablet not three. Play fair.

Bayside Grille in Nokomis gets 5 stars! Let me tell you their cook knows what he is doing. The gator bites were on point, the wings were crispy, and the fish Reuben was tasty! We had our dog with us and decided to sit outside and The waitress never forgot about us and made sure we were well taken care of. You gotta try this place.

Good food, friendly service. Perfect stop after the beach. Had the Reuben and Cuban sandwiches and the crab-stuffed mushrooms. All excellent.

Had dinner here tonight with friends. Nice Neighborhood Type Bar/Grille. Had Alligator Bites and a Huge Patty melt. Both Were Awesome! Perfect Place to kick back and have a beer/chill. Nice Crowd, Karaoke, Waitress was Great too. I havent lived in town for a few years and even knew some people. Give it a Try!

Great local place. Super friendly staff. A mix between Chicago and Jimmy Buffett with a biker spirit! I have had Chicago beef in 3 of the local Chicago themed places and this by far is my favorite! Stop in for a drink and good grub, you won't be disappointed!

Unfortunately, this place is following none of the precautions for social distancing. On top of that, they served my burger with a bun, even after I requested none as I have a gluten allergy. I wanted to give them a chance but they lost my business.

We love their tiki hut. They make a great burger. Nice and fun spot to come grab a bite to eat and watch a sports game.

Take the time to stop by and grab lunch or dinner at this place. The food is VERY good! The portions are smaller, but, the prices match that which is refreshing. Try to sweet potato fries, slider or ahi tuna nachos. So great!

Super fun and easy place. Bartender was great. The beer was cold, the fish tacos were so fresh and delicious. Awesome place to drop in for a quick and easy beer and bite.

The food was good, nothing special, and took a long time to arrive at our table. Our waitress was very friendly. It's a small place with indoor and outdoor seating, and a bar.

This place is an unexpected treasure!!! The food was absolutely outstanding. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is fun! Will definitely be coming back, we found our new favorite vacation restaurant!
